     Suzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, is located in East China, bordering Taihu Lake in the west and Yangtze River in the north. It has a permanent population of 12.9580 million. 

      Suzhou has a history of more than 4,000 years since its own written records. For long this city is a famous water town in the south of the Yangtze River. Suzhou City maintains the pattern of "water and land parallel, river and street adjacent", with "small Bridges running water, white walls and black tiles, historic gardens" as a unique style, has the reputation of "heaven on earth".
